Nemesis Labs offers custom 3D printed products. All products are made to order and crafted locally in Northern Nevada.

• Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from images shown due to the nature of 3D printing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• Custom orders (custom text, color selections) are non-refundable once production begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment via credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. Gift cards may also be applied to orders.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax is calculated and collected based on your shipping address as required by applicable law.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

• Defective or damaged items may be returned or replaced within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the issue.
• Custom orders with personalized text or specific color selections are non-refundable.
• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Nemesis Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
