By submitting a 3D model, you represent and warrant that you own the design or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to have it printed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
You agree not to submit models that are illegal, unlawful, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations. Nemesis Labs LLC reserves the right to refuse or reject any order at its sole discretion.
Nemesis Labs LLC reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order if it cannot be processed, does not meet printing requirements, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
3D printing results may vary depending on model complexity, geometry, and design quality. Nemesis Labs LLC is not responsible for prints that are unprintable or yield unsatisfactory results due to inherent design issues, including but not limited to non-manifold geometry, thin walls, or unsupported overhangs.
Uploaded STL files are stored securely for order processing purposes. Files may be deleted upon request or automatically after order completion.
