We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

We use essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart session and checkout state.

We also use the Meta pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases. It records the pages you view, items you add to your cart, and completed orders, along with the browser identifiers Meta sets in its own cookies. When you place an order we also send Meta a hashed version of your email address and your browser type so the purchase can be matched to the ad. We do not share your name, address, or payment details with Meta.

To opt out, use the “Opt out” link in the notice at the bottom of the page, or set the nl_optout=1 cookie for nemesislabs.net. When opted out no Meta script loads and no purchase data is sent. Our own visit statistics stay on our servers and do not follow you across other websites.

7. Data Retention

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations (such as tax records). You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
